SUGARCANE PRESS MUD TO BIO COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS

GGEPCL has entered into Joint Venture Association with Cleaneffentech International Private Limited to develop a BIO-Compressed Natural Gas (BIO-CNG) plant from the bio waste product during the sugar refining process – “Press Mud” with Bajaj Hindustan Sugar mills Buddhana, Uttar Pradesh

The chosen technology for upgrading BIOGAS to BIO-CNG is by Carbon Clean Solutions, United Kingdom

Phase I of the Project is for 150 Tons Per Day Bio-methanisation Plant which would generate around 7 tons of BIO-CNG Per Day

Phase II of the project is to develop a BIO-CNG plant at the other Sugar mill at Billai, Uttar Pradesh (around 30 kilometers) for 100 Tons Per Day to produce around 5 Tons of BIO-CNG per Day

Off-taker of the BIO-CNG is Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL)



MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE TO BIO COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS

GGEPCL has entered into Joint Venture Association with Cleaneffentech International Private Limited to develop a BIO-Compressed Natural Gas (BIO-CNG) plant from the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) produced for the City of Ahemdabad, Gujarat.

Cleaneffentech International Private Limited has won a tender for the setting up a Waste to Energy plant for the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) generated for the city of Ahemdabad.

The Proposed capacity of the Plant is for 500 Tons Per Day.

The chosen technology for upgrading BIOGAS to BIO-CNG is by Carbon Clean Solutions, United Kingdom

Through the process of Bio-methanisation / Anaerobic Digestion, the Proposed plant would generate around 13 tons of BIO-CNG Per Day

Off-taker of the BIO-CNG is Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL)

MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE TO ENERGY

GGEPCL has signed an MOU with the High Council of Investment, Republic of Niger to setup a Municipal Soild Waste to Energy Project for the city of Niamey.

Urban Community of Niamey (CUN), is divided into Five (5) Communes with a Total Municipal Solid Waste Generation of around 900 – 1000 tons per day.

GGEPCL is currently conducting prefeasibility studies on the waste collection & management, total waste generation and waste composition and characterization.

GGEPCL has engaged with Hitachi Zosen Innova, Japan to provide a complete turn-key solution (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) for the Waste to Energy Project for the City of Niamey

GGEPCL has entered into a MOU with Royal Swaziland Sugar Corporation Limited (RSSC) to setup a BIO-METHANISATION plant from the bio waste product during the sugar refining process – “Press Mud” and from the affluent during the production of ethanol from the Distillery process – “Spent Wash”

The chosen technology for upgrading BIOGAS to BIO-CNG is by Carbon Clean Solutions, United Kingdom

Royal Swaziland Sugar Corporation Limited (RSSC) operates two sugar mills – Mhlume Mill & Simunye Mill

RSSC also operates a 35.3 million litre capacity ethanol plant which is situated adjacent to the Simunye mill

Phase I of the Project is for 425 Tons Per Day Bio-methanisation Plant which would generate around 15 tons of BIO-CNG Per Day

Phase II of the project is to Expand the Capacity to process other Distillery Spent wash to increase capacity of the Bio-methanisation Plant to generate around 30 tons of BIO-CNG Per Day
