Anubhav Kacker
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Anubhav Kacker brings over two decades of expertise in strategy, asset management, and financial advisory. With a strong background in financial services, spanning asset management and investment banking, he specializes in providing targeted advisory solutions to small and medium enterprises.
In his most recent role as Partner at Acube Capital Advisors, Mr. Kacker successfully orchestrated the syndication of debt and equity amounting to USD 200 million within the renewable energy sector. His extensive experience with renewable and clean-tech firms inspired him to co-found GGEP, with the vision of delivering clean and sustainable energy solutions across diverse markets.
Anubhav Kacker holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Honors) from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom.
Kaushik Yegnan
Director – Business Development
Kaushik Yegnan has over 30 years of experience in business strategy, marketing, media, and information technology. He previously led business development and marketing functions at CA Satyam ASP, a joint venture between Computer Associates US and Satyam Computers India.
He played a pioneering role in e-learning implementations in India with Brainvisa Technologies before founding Skandsoft Technologies, which specialized in Auto-ID/RFID solutions. Under his leadership, Skandsoft received global recognition as the “Best Emerging Technologies Company” by Frost & Sullivan, USA, in 2006, for its patented SETU platform—an advanced data capture and management solution.
Mr. Yegnan also serves on the expert panel of TATA–NEN (National Entrepreneurship Network) for evaluating emerging startups in India.
Shailesh Nagpure
Head – Solar PV Module Manufacturing
Shailesh Nagpure is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of expertise in photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturing and production. He leads GGEP’s Solar Module Assembly Business Vertical, bringing deep expertise in solar module production, plant execution, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing practices. He has a proven track record of establishing and managing large-scale solar module manufacturing capacities of up to 2.4 GW in India. Shailesh has been instrumental in setting up advanced solar manufacturing lines, including a 1.2 GW RenewSys facility and a 2.4 GW expansion project.
His experience spans end-to-end project execution, from machinery selection and commissioning to automation and integration of advanced technologies such as TOPCon, Mono Bifacial, PERC, and Half-Cut (10BB/16BB) modules—ensuring efficiency, scalability, and industry-leading quality standards.
Shailesh holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from DITMS, Nagpur, complemented by a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from C.S.V.T.U Bhilai.
Divy Prakash Tiwari
Head – Solar PV Energy Business
Divy Tiwari is an accomplished renewable energy professional with over 15 years of experience in the design, engineering, and execution of large-scale solar power projects across diverse geographies. His expertise spans the complete lifecycle of solar development—including utility-scale PV systems, rooftop installations, and hybrid energy solutions.
He has led the engineering and implementation of landmark projects such as the 200 MWp solar power plant in Maharashtra, 105 MW Ampin Jalkot, 30 MW NTPC Rihand, and several industrial and rooftop systems for clients including NTPC, Tata, ONGC, GAIL, Walmart, and Patanjali.
As Solar Design Head at Sunce Renewables, and in prior leadership roles at Suryaday and Suntrap Energy, Mr. Tiwari has been responsible for technology selection, design optimization, tendering, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. He has also played a key role in training engineering teams, developing design SOPs, and driving operational excellence.
Mr. Tiwari holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal. He is known for his ability to lead cross-functional teams, secure project approvals, and deliver high-value renewable energy assets that contribute to sustainable growth.
